Terms of Service

The berrakera.it website and the Berrakera Dance Hub app, with its student area (together, “the platform”), are provided by Berrakera Società Sportiva Dilettantistica a Responsabilità Limitata (Berrakera SSD a r.l.), Italian VAT and tax code 13483710011, registered office at Via San Marino 27/A, 10134 Torino.

These terms govern access to and use of the platform. By using it you accept them; if you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

The platform gives the school’s students:

• a personal student area, with your profile and your progress;
• video learning content, as it is published;
• the learning path and the tools to follow it;
• communications from the school.

Features evolve over time: they may be added, changed or withdrawn, as described on the app page.

Accounts are reserved for students enrolled at the school. You can create your own account only if you are at least 18; minors access through a parent or legal guardian, who manages the account on their behalf.

You can sign in with email and password or with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for what happens through your account; the details you provide at registration must be truthful and up to date. One account per person.

The platform is for personal use, tied to your journey at the school. In particular, you may not:

• share your credentials or access to your account with anyone else;
• download, record, copy or redistribute lesson videos, in whole or in part;
• use the platform or its content for commercial purposes or for third parties;
• circumvent technical protection measures or interfere with the operation of the service.

The Berrakera brand, the ESCALA method, the videos, texts and teaching materials on the platform remain the property of the company or its licensors. Access to the platform does not transfer any rights to you beyond the personal use allowed by these terms.

The financial terms of courses, memberships and lesson packs, and the attendance conditions, are agreed separately at the front desk when you enrol. These terms only govern the use of the platform and do not replace or change those agreements.

We do our best to keep the platform reachable at all times, but we cannot guarantee continuity: we may suspend it for maintenance and change or withdraw individual features, where possible with notice.

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, in case of fraudulent use, or when your relationship with the school ends; where possible we will warn you first. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to info@berrakera.it.

To the extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or unavailability of the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it, nor does it reduce the rights granted to consumers by applicable law.

We may update these terms over time, for example when the platform’s features change. Significant changes are communicated with reasonable notice through the platform or by email, and the last-updated date at the top of this page is refreshed. If you keep using the platform after they take effect, the updated terms apply to you too.

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you use the platform as a consumer, the protections and jurisdiction provided by consumer law apply; in all other cases the courts of Turin have jurisdiction.
